Web Design by the Bay Founder Julie Thompson, who lives on the Mornington Peninsula and has a Bachelor of Applied Science (majoring in IT), set up the business to help other business owners with their websites. Her wealth of experience and knowledge stood her in good stead; Julie spent seven years with BHP’s IT department and five years with CSIRO in various Business analyst and programming roles for major system implementations.
