Webmail

Our Hosting package does include Webmail.  This means that if you are not in the office you can still access your emails.

Microsoft Outlook

We can setup up Email accounts in Microsoft Outlook, to save you time doing it yourself.  This will include setting up signatures to make your business stand out and look professional.

Microsoft Exchange

We can setup Microsoft Exchange on your iPhone and in Microsoft Outlook.  Microsoft exchange allows your iPhone to be in Sync with Outlook.

Backups

Frequently we are asked, “how are our files protected” for clients.  The answer is

“We backup each night to onsite drives that hold a week worth of backups.  These drives are rotated offsite each week and we have 4 sets of backup drives.  1 week onsite and 3 offsite so effectively 20 days of backup history at any one time.

In addition to this we replicate each day each virtual server to our other data centre which would allow us to turn it on quickly should a catastrophic failure occur at one of the data centres.  We actually run 50% of our clients from one data centre and 50% from the other with the replications going to the opposite data centre. “
